  4. Aplly oil on 1 maida rotlo and sprinkle rice flour. Place besan rotlo, apply oil, sprinkle rice flour.
  5. In this way make a pile of 4 rotlas, roll slightly again to level them evenly.
  6. Roll tighty and cut into portions.
  7. Press each and roll slightly to make puris.
  8. Deep fry crispy and enjoy with family this DIWALI.
