Leave the spinach leaves as it is but wash thoroughly. Now add a tbsp of oil in a pan when get heated then add the carrots and cook for 3-4 minutes on high flame. After that add tomatoes and saute again for 2-3 minutes. Then finally add the spinach and saute again. Add just 1 tsp salt to it and saute on high flame..
