  1. Wash and soak rice, pulses and legumes and vegetables for 15 mins..
  2. Cook 1:2 ratio in cooker with salt and 1tbs ghee, After the 1st whistle, reduces the flame and keep for 8 mins..
  3. Let it cool, now dry fry all the ingredients and grind as powder..
  4. Keep a pan add 1tbs oil, fry onion and keep. In the same pan add oil, tempering mustard seed, dry chilli, curry leaves and add with rice and add ground powder also.
