  2. Transfer into a bowl add black pepper powder, maida, salt mix well to make a dough. Keep aside for some time..
  3. Heat a pan add butter, onion, garlic paste, ginger paste, tomato, a pinch of salt,saute well. Cook till tomato get pulpy. Once tomato becomes tender let it cool & then add in mixer..
  4. Heat pan add oil, butter, kasuri methi saute a while, add tomato onion puree and cook till butter floating from edges..
  5. Low the flame add haldi, garam masala, red chilli powder,mix well & switch off the flame..
  6. Sprinkle some maida on board, roll the paneer dough, thickness should be around 2mm..
  7. Apply a thin layer of cooked masala on it..
  8. But in long strips with pizza cutter, roll each strips very light handed..
  9. Heat a grill pan, grease it, put all rolls on it cook for a while, flip them, cook from other side. Transfer in a plate..
  10. Add little water in leftover masala, cook till boil. Add amul cream and mix well..Switch off the flame..
  11. Transfer the gravy in a serving bowl, put paneer pinwheels in it. For garnishing sprinkle green coriander on top..
  12. Paneer Pinwheels are ready to serve. Serve hot with parantha, chatpati, as you wish..
