  1. For pakoras, take besan add pinch of salt, kasoori methi n some water to make pouring consistency of batter.on other side put some oil in kadhai n turn on the flame.Now fry small lemon sized pakoras n cook until it become little golden in color.Take it out n let them cool..
  2. For kadhi-Take chaas n add besan,salt into it give good mix(no lumps of besan left).Now in kadhai add some oil, let it hot n then add hing along with methi dana. After that add haldi n chilli powder..
  3. Now add chaas n besan mixture into it n stir it regularly till one boil.Now flame is on low to medium..
  4. Leave it to cook for aprrox. 40-45 mins. properly n then add pakoras into it along with garam masala n some coriander leaves or curry leaves.It will give good additional taste into it. Punjabi Kadhi is ready..
