Instructions to make Lasooni Palak:
- Wash the spinach and Blanch.
- Take a mixture jar and add palak coriander and green chilli and make a smooth pure. Keep aside.
- Take a pan add oil and butter and let it heat up. Add cumin seeds bay leaf and whole red chilli once crackling add the onions and sauté until golden brown.
- Now add ginger garlic paste and roast for few seconds and add all the dry masala and besan. Sauté for few seconds.
- Now add chopped palak and mix well.
- Add the palak pure mix well and add the kasoori methi.
- Depending on the how thick you want the gravy add water. Add salt and mix well. Boil for few seconds.
- Take it out into a bowl. Take a small pan add 1 tbsp ghee and let it heat up and add chopped garlic and sauté till golden brown for the tempering.
- Now spread over the top of the palak curry.
- Your lasooni palak is ready enjoy with roti or paratha.
