- For dough: take a mixing bowl and mix maida, oil, salt and ajwain and properly moin it. After that add water and knead smooth dough. Cover it with the samp cloth and keep aside for 20 minutes. Meanwhile prepare the stuffing..
- For stuffing: in a mixing bowl add boiled and mashed potatoes, chopped onions, green chilli's, coriander leaves and peanut and all the spices except heeng and pachforan.
