Steps to make Paneer Tikka:
- In a bowl add hung curd, all the spices, salt and gram flour and whisk well..
- Now add butter and lemon juice, mix them well to make smooth marinate..
- In the marinate first add paneer cubes and then diced veggies and mix with hands very well so that the marinate coats the paneer and vegetables evenly. Then cover it and keep in the fridge for 45 minutes to 2 hours and more..
- Skewer paneer alternating onion, capsicum, tomato and place it direct on the flame of the gas and roast it on medium flame. Or place the tikkas on nonstick tava and add some butter and shellow fry them on high flame for couple of minute..
- Serve immediately with tikka chutney..
