The ingredients needed to make Kadai paneer:
- {Take 10-12 of Paneer cubes.
- {Get 1 of onion half petals.
- {Get 1 of capsicum cubes.

- {Prepare 1 tsp of kasoori methi.

- {Make ready 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
- {Take 1/2 tsp of chilli powder.
- {Take 1/2 tsp of garam masala.
- {Prepare 1 tbsp of coriander leaves chopped.
- {Prepare 1/2 cup of water.
- {Prepare as per taste of salt.
Instructions to make Kadai paneer:
- Firstly for the Kadai masala powder, keep a pan on low flame add coriander seeds, cumin seeds, peppercorns, and red chilies, dry roast till you get a nice aroma, cool down a bit blend it to a coarse powder, and keep aside, your Kadai masala powder is ready..
- Keep a pan on medium flame add 2tsp oil, heat up add ginger chopped and garlic pods, saute add sliced onion saute it until brown add two chopped tomatoes and cashew nuts saute it for 3-4 minutes until tomatoes become mushy.. let it cool down then blend to a smooth paste..
- Keep a wok or a deep saucepan on a medium flame add in 1tbsp butter, 1chilli, tej patta, and kasoori methi saute for two minutes, add in 1 onion half petals, 1capsicum cubed, turmeric powder, chili powder saute it add onion tomato paste& salt, saute it add in prepared Kadai masala powder, combine everything well..
- Saute it until colour changes and oil starts to release at this stage, add half cup of water mix well add paneer cubes & fresh cream to this now.. combine well &close the lid, cook on low flame for 5 minutes add in garam masala powder, chopped coriander leaves....and your delicious Kadai paneer is done, enjoy with paratha/roti/naan..😋.
