  3. Now add all spices - turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder mix well.add boiled apple gourds, mix until well coated with masala and then mash with masher..
  4. Cook for 4 -5 minutes until oil leaves from sides.add kasoori methi,garam masala and fresh coriander, mix well and switch off the flame..
