- Wash and cut the potato and parwal.
- Heat oil in a pressure cooker,add 1/2 tsp onion seeds and onion and fry until dark brown..
- Add potato and parwal and saute for 4 - 5 mins..
- Add turmeric powder,amchur powder and tomato and mix well..
- Add dry roasted powder and 2 tbsp water and mix well..
- Cover the lid in a high flame..
- After two whistle turn off the flame..
- Once cooled,add salt and saute for 4 - 5 mins in simmer..
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot..
