- Peel the skin from the chickpeas under cold water. Add to the blender and add mango purée, brown garlic, tahini, lime juice, cayenne pepper powder, 2 Tbsp garlic infused oil, salt and run the blender smooth..
- To plate add the Mango Hummus. With the back of the spoon make circles on the hummus so that Garlic infused oil can be added. Add some boiled chickpeas, sprinkle some sesame seeds and some pomegranate seeds. Add a mint leaf and enjoy. I enjoyed on my multigrain bread.
