Steps to make Veg keema naan with Gravy:

  1. Take 1 cup flour. Add salt, sugar, oil and water to it as required and make a soft dough and rest for one hour.
  2. For stuffing Heat up the wok and add oil. Now add ginger, garlic and green chilli paste and saute for 2 minutes.
  3. Now add chopped onions and cook until transparent.
  4. Now add tomato puree and cook until it releases oil.
  5. Now add soaked and strained nutry and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Now add spices mentioned above in the stuffing section and cook for 3 minutes.
  7. Now add salt and mix it well and cook for 5 minutes.
  8. Now dish out the stuffing.
  9. For gravy Heat up the wok and add oil, ginger,garlic and green chilli paste and cook for 2 minutes.
  10. Now add roughly chopped onions and cook until light brown.
  11. Now add tomato puree and cook for 5 minutes.
  12. Now add salt, cumin powder, coriander powder, cloves and cinnamon powder and cook properly.
  13. Now pour this cooked masala into grinder jaar and make a fine paste..
  14. Now heat up the wok and add butter then add fine paste of masala.
  15. Now add some water and cook for 10 minutes cover the wok with lid.
  16. When it is done then add 1 tbsp of fresh cream and mix it well.
  17. Now add kasoori methi and dish out the gravy.
  18. For Naan Take the dough and make equal balls and add stuffing into it.
  19. Now roll the balls make like chapati.
  20. Now heat up the tandoor even gas tandoor, electric tandoor or whatever option you have. I make it like this.
  21. Now put the naans out of tandoor and brush them with butter or desi ghee. And ready to serve you can pair it with homemade mint and coriander chutney..
