The ingredients needed to make Tandoori Chicken:
- {Take 2 of Chicken thighs.
- {Get 2 tablespoon of hung curd.
- {Get 2 tablespoon of tandoori masala.
- {Make ready 2 tablespoon of crushed dried fenugreek leaves.
- {Make ready 1 teaspoon of ginger paste.
- {Get 1 teaspoon of garlic paste.

Steps to make Tandoori Chicken:
- Marinate chicken thighs with hung curd, tandoori masala powder, ginger -garlic-green chilli paste for minimum 5 hours in the fridge.. After 5 hours take out the marinated chicken pieces and let it be fix on room temperature for 10 minutes...
- Now take a Pan(here I used grill pan) add melted butter and brush it all over the pan.. Then add the chicken pieces.. After 5 minutes sprinkle 1 teaspoon of crushed dried fenugreek leaves over the chicken pieces and let it cook until it's turns red brown in colour...
- Now flip the chicken pieces and brush melted butter over it and again sprinkle crushed fenugreek leaves over it and also add melted butter onto the pan and let it cook until it's turns in red brown colour.. Whole process should be done in low medium flame... Now take a medium piece of foil paper keep the heated charcoal on it and pour butter into it now cover the pan for 3 minutes then take out the chicken pieces and garnish it with lemon juice...
