2. {Take 100 gms of wheat flour.

1. First of all take a bowl and put maida,atta suji and besan in it add ghee and mix properly.
2. Add jeera,ajwain and kasoori methi in it and mix together add water and make a hard dough.
3. Heat oil in a kadahi in a medium flame.
4. Now make small balls for mathari Shape it with help of hand.
5. Give the mathari shapes of all balls now fry it in a low flame.
6. Fry properly from both side until it get golden brown than remove from the oil and let it cool.
