  1. In a mixing bowl, add all dry ingredients and mix it well..
  2. Dissolve baking soda in to 1/4 cup of water..
  3. Make a smooth dough by adding small amount of soda water periodically to the mixture..
  4. Add in 1 tbsp oil on palm and knead the dough for about 4 to 5 minutes until dough gets very smooth and shiny. Once its done, cover it and keep it aside for 30 minutes..
  5. After resting time, knead for a minute again and take small portion of the dough. Make small cylindrical shape patties..

  16. Healthy feta cheese salad is ready..
